Our Support desk is always available during German office hours. Small problems can be clarified immediately in a short conversation on the hotline. More complex issues are notes, handled swiftly by us internally and settled in a return call or with the delivery of an update.
Extension requirements are also taken by the hotline and forwarded to Development.
Because all incoming calls are recorded professionally, numbered, saved and processed with a special IT-system, the quality of support is increased on both sides.
